Why I'm not making it premium content
-I'm not making it premium content because some people don't tells me when they purchase my base. That's
really rude to the base maker. Its my base, I deserve to know who has it in their hand now.
This way, I will know who purchased it.

-PNG file (all programs)
-PSD file (note that PSD works for SAI so I did not bother making a SAI file)
-XCF file (gimp)
-PSD and XCF files all contain layers for blinking and easy color changing**
